COVID-19 PROCEDURES.

GUIDANCE

At Studio 79 we are taking the government guidelines very seriously to ensure our practise is safe at all times!

The following are guidelines on how to help control the virus.

To protect yourself and others, when you leave home you should:

  • Wash your hands - making sure this is done regularly

  • Cover face - wear face masks over your nose and mouth when in a enclosed space.

  • Make space - stay at least a metre away from people not in your house hold.

If you are feeling unwell make sure you stay at home, get a test and isolate for at least 10 days.

Full guidance can be found on the government website.

At the studio we have taken extra measures to make sure everyone visiting Studio 79 is safe.

We have set out the following -

  • A one way system, with a different entrance and exit.

  • Enhanced cleaning - a system has been set out for in-between every class, start of the day and end of the day.

  • Hand wash times - everyone to wash hands when they arrive at the studio.

  • There are multiple hand sanitising stations set up around the studio.

  • One person in the toilet at any one time, this will be monitored.

  • Temperature to be taken on arrival.

  • Procedure has been set for anyone experiencing symptoms.

  • Areas have been marked out for social distancing..

  • Children to arrive with their own water bottle and ready dressed. (YOUTH)

  • Students to arrive with own hand towel, water bottle and plastic bag for sweaty kit. (COLLEGE)

  • Set seats/ areas to leave your belongings in.

  • Children over 8 to be dropped off and picked up. There will be no “hanging about”. (YOUTH)

  • Set break times for a drink during class - each class will have staggered times.

  • Minimising any social contact.

Staff have done a COVID-19 course, certificates are available on request!

If anyone wishes to see our Risk Assessment or any other policies they will also be available on request.
